Service update - Wednesday 1 April
Our crews have collected the majority of bins scheduled for collection today.
In Alton, we were unable to collect;
- Garden waste collections in Beavers Close, Ernest Road, Pioneer Close and Willoughby Close
- Glass collections in Upper Woodside House
In Bordon, we were unable to collect;
- Waste collections in Ackender Road, Allenby Drive, Firgrove Road, Forest Road, Heatherfields Way and Hendon Road
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please continue to leave your bin out, and we will attempt collection tomorrow.
If your bin wasn't collected
If your bin was due for collection today but wasn't emptied and your area isn't included in the service update, please leave it out and report it as missed using your MyEHDC account.
If our provider is behind by the end of the week, they may work on Saturday to catch-up. If your collection was due on Friday and your area is not in the service update above, please report your bin as missed.
Reports must be made before 4pm on the next working day after your collection was due.
If you do not report a missed collection to us within this timeframe, you will have to wait until your next scheduled collection.
You can report missed refuse, recycling, glass and garden waste through this form.
Please note, if your bin has been tagged for reasons such as being too heavy or contaminated we will not return until your next scheduled collection. Also, if your bin is not placed on the boundary of your property, or was not out at the correct time (by 6am), it will not be collected and we will not return.
