The housing and economic development needs assessment (HEDNA) examines housing and employment needs within East Hampshire.
The final HEDNA Report (2022) to support the emerging Local Plan has now been produced.
The council has also commissioned a number of technical notes to both testing the standard method housing need for East Hampshire and to update the results of applying the standard method on an annual basis to reflect updated affordability ratios :

An Interim HEDNA accompanied the draft Local Plan in 2019.
Section 8 of this version of the HEDNA includes useful qualitative information on employment sites within the district, which will be updated in due course.
