Items must be outside for collection by 7am on the scheduled collection day.
All items are to be made available and collected from a position outside of the building but within the property boundary.
The customer does not have to be present at the time of collection.
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the property for the bulky waste collection. For example, any gates should be left unlocked and dogs should be kept inside the property, parked cars should not obstruct items.
Items should only be placed outside on the morning of collection and wherever possible, soft furnishings should be covered to prevent absorption of rainfall which will affect the weight of the items.
All items for collection must be listed on the order, unlisted items will not be removed.
Heavily soiled or blood-stained items may not be removed.
All items need to be safe to handle for our operatives.
If you are in receipt of either Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit (means tested) you may qualify for a free collection of up to four items once in a rolling year.

Cancellations and amendments must be made 48 hours before the day of collection.
