Join the service
We currently have limited capacity on the garden waste service and will add customers on a case-by-case basis.
Please call us on 01730 234295 (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) to see if we have space in your area.
On joining the scheme you will need to buy a brown bin (if you don't already have one) as well as paying your annual collection subscription.
If you receive an assisted collection for your rubbish and recycling service you will automatically be eligible for assistance with the garden waste collection service.
Renew your subscription
Garden waste renewals are at the end of each calendar month. We'll email you (if we have your email address) or send out letters inviting you to renew in the month your renewal is due. Please check your junk folder in case the email is there.
If you've not received an email or letter, you can renew your subscription during the month it expires by using the link below.
