On joining the scheme you will need to buy a brown bin as well as an annual collection subscription. You can find your collection calendar on our website by typing in your address and looking under the 'waste and recycling' block.
If you receive an assisted collection for your rubbish and recycling service you will automatically be eligible for assistance with the garden waste collection service.
Once an annual subscription is purchased it is non-refundable. There will be a charge for all replacement, lost or stolen wheeled bins.
