Required to be completed and sent to us before any works controlled by building regulations can be started on site.

Notice of completion
This form should be sent to us no longer than 5 days after works on a Building Notice or an application for building control approval with full plans have been completed.
This will then trigger the creation of completion certificate if work has been found satisfactory on site and there are no outstanding issues.

Demolition notice
Any person intending to demolish a building or part of a building to which section 80 of the Building Act 1984 refers, must give the council notice of their intention at least six week before starting work using the demolition notice form.

Site Inspection Guide
