We have five electric vehicle charge-points in the district, enabling residents and visitors to charge quickly and efficiently on the go.
All the charge points were rolled out in 2018-2019.
- Penns Place A, Petersfield, GU31 4EX
- Penns Place B, Petersfield, GU31 4EX
- Festival Hall Carpark, Heath Road, Petersfield, GU31 4DZ
- Central Carpark, Petersfield, GU323DG
- Manor Park, Alton, GU341AW
We are developing an electric vehicle strategy which will set out our vision for our existing and future electric vehicle infrastructure. This is one of our actions within our delivery plan as agreed at Full Council in July 2024. The strategy commits us to increase the use of electric vehicles by:
- Developing an EV charging strategy to increase charging infrastructure across the district
- Resolve issues with current provider
This will support residents in reducing carbon emissions across the district to achieve district wide net zero target on 2050.
We will provide more information and updates as soon as possible and by September 2024
