East Hampshire community chest The East Hampshire community chest is a grant scheme set-up to award funds raised through the East Hampshire community lottery. Community climate action fund East Hampshire District Council aims to enable local groups and parish councils to take action to reduce carbon emissions in their local communities. Developer contributions (S106) - community projects S106 Generic funding was collected from developments to mitigate the impact of new development to fund community projects across the district.
