East Hampshire residents can take advantage of a fantastic offer on 30 October as part of Grow Up!
East Hampshire residents can enjoy a visit to one of the area’s most popular tourist attractions for just £3 at the end of this month.
As part of our wide-reaching Grow Up! programme we have teamed up with Butser Ancient Farm to provide a host of activities and events.
Anyone living in the district can visit on Wednesday 30 October for just £3pp instead of the usual entry price of £12.50.
The offer is only available to people booking online and you can do that through the button below.
This is the second time the discount has been offered to local people this month. More than 250 local people took advantage of the offer on 12 and 13 October.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities including chalk carving, cordage, archaeological excavation and discover what osteoarchaeology - the study of ancient bones - is all about!
Plus see the latest Stone Age building under construction with a special talk about the reconstruction at midday.
All about Grow Up!
Grow Up! is our ambitious programme of projects that will use Government money to invigorate the rural economy, re-connect people with the countryside and provide employment, education and volunteering opportunities to our residents.
It will support projects in growing, planting, education, skills, biodiversity, workshops, farm visits, kitchen gardens and mental and physical wellbeing.
The Grow Up! programme is being funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, which East Hampshire District Council has designated to help rural communities.
