Case Management Officer – Environment & Neighbourhoods Service

 

Full Time permanent position

 

Starting Salary Grade 2 (£25,044 – pay award pending) FTE career graded with the opportunity to progress to Grade 4 (£33,283 – pay award pending) dependant on relevant knowledge, skills, experience and training

The Environment & Neighbourhoods Service are responsible for a range of public facing and regulatory functions, striving to help protect the health and safety of the public.  We are seeking highly motivated people with the ability, attitude, excellent customer service skills and the desire to be a key part of this team.  You will be dealing with customers by telephone, through our digital channels and in person, helping to continually shape how all of our services are delivered, underpinned by our values of ‘positive’, ‘bold’, ‘respectful’ and ‘results driven’.
