The application process of the strategic CIL fund has now closed. The window is opened annually approximately February through March every year. Information regarding the opening of the window for 2025 will be announced in late 2024.
Applications must be submitted within this window and any submitted outside this window will not be considered. The bidding window runs annually and the amount of CIL funding available is dependent on the amount of CIL receipts received within the year.
Decisions will be made in line with EHDC’s CIL spending protocol. Any queries regarding the strategic CIL fund should be submitted to cil@easthants.gov.uk.
