The East Hampshire CIL charging schedule only applies to the area of the district outside the South Downs National Park (SDNP).
After detailed consideration, the Inspector has responded to the CIL charging schedule. The report contains the Inspectors responses of the East Hampshire Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule in terms of Section 212 of the Planning Act 2008.
It considers whether the schedule is compliant in legal terms and whether it is economically viable as well as reasonable, realistic and consistent with national guidance in the National Planning Practice Guidance.
