Service update - Monday 20 January
Our crews have collected the vast majority of the bins scheduled for today.
Unfortunately, they were unable to collect garden waste from the following roads:
- New Barn Lane, Buriton - the road has been closed for the week, crews will return when it reopens
- Bones Lane, Buriton - tree cutting along this road prevented access, crews will return tomorrow.
If you live in these roads, please leave your bin out to avoid being missed.
If your bin wasn't collected
If your bin was not collected today and your area isn't included in the service update, please leave it out and report it as missed using your MyEHDC account.
If our provider is behind by the end of the week, they may work on Saturday to catch-up. If your collection was due on Friday and your area is not in the service update above, please report your bin as missed.
Reports must be made before 4pm on the next working day after your collection was due.
If you do not report a missed collection to us within this timeframe, you will have to wait until your next scheduled collection.
You can report missed refuse, recycling, glass and garden waste through this form.
Please note, if your bin has been tagged for reasons such as being too heavy or contaminated we will not return until your next scheduled collection. Also, if your bin is not placed on the boundary of your property, or was not out at the correct time (by 6am), it will not be collected and we will not return.
